Position Overview This specialized role provides on-site ERP reporting and analytics support for Navy financial systems in Honolulu. You will translate operational requirements into technical report specifications, developing ad hoc and recurring dashboards that deliver actionable visibility across Finance, Supply Chain, and Logistics. Your work is critical for improving decision-making, audit readiness, and performance measurement for Pacific Fleet leadership., * Report Development: Author and maintain standard and ad hoc reports, translating requirements into logic, business rules, and technical specifications.

• Data Validation: Conduct data reconciliation and integrity checks, performing root-cause analysis on reporting variances.
• Executive Dashboards: Produce executive-ready outputs, including KPI scorecards and management reports to drive operational visibility.
• Governance: Document report logic and data definitions to ensure a governed and consistent reporting environment.
• Stakeholder Training: Develop job aids and conduct training for end-users to improve report consumption and data interpretation.

• Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret Required
• Citizenship: US Citizenship Required
• Education: Four-year Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution
• Experience: 3+ years of progressive, relevant experience
• Work Schedule: Full-time

Mandatory Certifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited US institution
• Compliance: Active DoD Secret Security Clearance, * Reporting Analytics: Advanced experience in requirement translation for complex management reports.
• Data Integrity: Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues and validate source data across multiple ERP modules.
• Navy ERP Environment: Direct experience with Navy ERP data structures and reporting tools.
• KPI Development: Experience in operational performance measurement and KPI scorecard design.

Preferred Skills & Experience

• Functional Module Knowledge: Familiarity with data sources for FI, FM, PS, SD, MM, CO, and WFM modules.
