Senior Platform Engineer

Experteer Overview Join Redcare Pharmacy as a Platform Engineer in the Data & AI platform team to shape the next-gen AI platform. You will build scalable infrastructure on Azure and enable teams to deploy, govern, and operate AI systems safely. You’ll work with Kubernetes, Databricks, and cloud-native patterns to deliver reliable platforms. This role offers real-world impact within a health-tech context and cross-functional collaboration. Pay / Benefits * Design, build and maintain Azure-based platform infrastructure using IaC (Terraform) * Build and operate the Azure Databricks platform with security and integration in the Azure ecosystem * Manage an Azure Kubernetes-based platform for Data & AI with GitOps-driven deployment and scaling * Collaborate with data, AI, security and enablement teams to define platform standards * Develop self-service platform capabilities for product teams * Participate in architecture discussions and promote infrastructure best practices * Stay current with cloud-native, AI platform and agentic AI technologies to continuously improve the platform Tasks * Extensive practical experience with Microsoft Azure and operating AKS in production or at scale * Practical experience administering Azure Databricks * Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and automation, CI/CD, GitOps * Ability to identify and build reusable platform capabilities for engineering teams * Proficiency in Python, Shell, and/or Go for scripting and automation * Knowledge of modern AI technologies (Agent frameworks, RAG, MCP, vector search) * Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration in fast-moving environments Key requirements * Welcome days onboarding program * Urban Sports Club membership * Mental Health support via nilo * Flexible Work from Home options up to 20 days/year in the EU * Personal development through trainings * site-specific benefits (as applicable)
