Job description

  • Ganzheitliche Beratung bei der EinfĂźhrung und Optimierung von SAP SuccessFactors
  • Eigenständige Konfiguration der Module sowie DurchfĂźhrung von Workshops und Präsentationen beim Kunden
  • Analyse von HR-Prozessen und Entwicklung praxistauglicher LĂśsungen inklusive der Betreuung von Schnittstellen
  • UnterstĂźtzung der Kunden bei spezifischen Supportanfragen

Requirements

  • Mehrjährige Projekt- und Beratungserfahrung im SAP-Umfeld mit Fokus auf SuccessFactors
  • GĂźltige Zertifizierung in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central sowie Kenntnisse in gängigen Datenmodellen
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium der (Wirtschafts-)Informatik, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder Mathematik
  • Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft innerhalb Deutschlands sowie fließende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
