• Install, configure, and support CICS Transaction Server environments

This is a full-time hybrid position requiring onsite attendance three days per week. • 5+ years of experience supporting IBM mainframe environments
• Hands-on CICS Transaction Server (CICS TS) administration experience
• Experience applying PTFs and supporting software maintenance activities
• Knowledge of production, testing, and disaster recovery environments
• Experience monitoring system health and resource utilization
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis abilities
• Understanding of transaction processing systems
• Experience managing system configurations and startup parameters
