Job description

ComTec is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer and Platform Configuration Administrator with strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, platform administration, configuration, integrations, and AI-powered workflows. The candidate must have experience with the ServiceNow Zurich release.

Requirements

8+ years of ServiceNow development and administration experience. Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and platform administration. Mandatory experience with ServiceNow Zurich release. Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration Strong experience developing AI workflows and AI-enabled automation in ServiceNow. Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer and Workflow. Strong knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, including: JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Actions and UI Policies Strong experience with ServiceNow platform configuration and administration. Experience with IntegrationHub and enterprise integrations. Strong knowledge of REST/SOAP APIs and web services. Experience troubleshooting complex ServiceNow workflows, scripts, integrations, and platform issues. Strong understanding of ITSM processes and ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge, and Service Catalog. Ability to analyze complex business requirements and develop scalable technical solutions.
