Systems Engineer II, Integration & Test Engineer

Experteer Overview In this role you will support radar system integration and testing to ensure performance aligns with requirements. You’ll work within the Systems Integration & Test Long Range Radars team to analyze data, run verification activities, and help validate software and hardware. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and external customers while applying DoD policies. This is a hands-on position at a leading defense contractor with opportunities to shape radar capabilities and system verification at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Support integration and test planning/execution and verification/validation events * Perform regression testing and scenario-based analysis to resolve technical observations * Support system performance assessments and validation testing to ensure requirement conformance * Lead integration plans and testing activities per milestones and schedules * Integrate and test radar software builds in a String/HWIL facility for data analysis and testing * Collaborate with cross-program leads to define test approaches and ensure readiness * Ensure test processes comply with DoD release and export licensing policies * Willingness to travel up to 10% domestically/internationally Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in STEM and minimum 2 years of relevant experience * Experience with MATLAB, Python, Perl, C/C++, Linux/Unix * Experience with String/HWIL test equipment, RF hardware configuration, software installations, and radar system integration/testing * U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain interim DoD security clearance; active DoD Secret clearance preferred * Willingness for 10% travel Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * life insurance * short-term and long-term disability * 401(k) match * flexible spending accounts * paid time off and holidays
