Experteer Overview In this onsite role, you will ensure software products meet contractual and security requirements while supporting Land & Air Defense Systems. You’ll collaborate with engineering and quality teams to uphold software integrity across lifecycle and drive process improvements. You’ll work in secure labs and on-site spaces, performing reviews, audits, and risk assessments. This is a mission-driven opportunity to help deliver trusted defense software and advance quality practices within a large aerospace organization. Compensation / Benefits * Review and approve deliverables, policies, and release packages (Windchill PDM, Azure DevOps) * Participate in peer reviews, control boards, audits, and test witnessing * Monitor metrics and prepare reports to track quality attributes and progress * Identify root causes, drive corrective actions, and support risk assessments * Collaborate with customers, product development, and test teams to ensure compliance * Support lifecycle activities across Agile and DevSecOps environments * Ensure integrity of the technical data package and traceability of requirements * Assist in security and quality program improvements and compliance initiatives Tasks * 2 years of quality or engineering experience in a technical role * Bachelor’s degree in STEM * Experience with Agile/SCRUM and CI/CD practices * Experience with requirements verification, defect management, and code reviews * Knowledge of software lifecycle processes, configuration management, and release management * Experience with metrics, reports, and data-driven decision making * Familiarity with testing planning, execution, and traceability Key requirements * medical, dental, vision * 401(k) match * flexible work schedules * paid time off * holidays * parental leave
