Technical Success Manager - Data

Experteer Overview In this role you help Mayo Clinic Platform clients succeed by translating complex data/tech into actionable insights, guiding onboarding and training, and shaping program improvements. You collaborate with executives, clinicians, and data scientists to ensure the platform delivers real value. You’ll drive technical relationships, capture feedback, and support expansion across Mayo Clinic Platform programs. This role combines healthcare domain understanding with data science and strong communication to enable impact at scale. Compensation / Benefits * Serve as the primary technical contact for prospective and current clients * Explain capabilities and limitations of Mayo Clinic Platform tools to clients * Triage data and technical questions and coordinate with R&D * Lead onboarding and training for data science environments and deployment tools * Collaborate with MCP leadership to improve Platform programs * Act as liaison to internal and external technical partnerships * Assist in creating and collecting metrics to gauge program success * Advise on strategic expansion of Platform programs Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field and at least 3 years in data science or related field * Understanding of technology industry and new technology opportunities * Expertise in AI, machine learning, deep learning, statistical methods * Ability to communicate technical solutions to advance medical care * Excellent verbal and written communication across diverse stakeholders * Strong relationship management and multi-account supervision * Ability to mentor, train, and supervise employees * Strategic thinking for optimizing MCP Accelerate Program * Ability to work independently and as a team player * Experience with CRM and engagement management tools Key requirements * Medical plans with multiple options * Dental coverage (Delta Dental or reimbursement account) * Vision plan * Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs * Competitive retirement package * Travel可能 10%+ (travel may be required)
