Experteer Overview As Manager, you lead the digital operations and service delivery for outpatient IT, driving reliable Epic-enabled workflows that support clinical teams. You partner with clinical informatics and IT peers to ensure safe, scalable solutions that meet evolving ambulatory care needs. You oversee updates, change requests, incidents, and enhancements, translating strategy into operational plans. You will help advance Mayo Clinic’s digital capabilities in a collaborative, patient-centered environment. Compensation / Benefits * Lead day-to-day IT and digital services operations across assigned domains * Monitor performance of digital platforms and analytics pipelines, driving continuous improvement * Coordinate incident resolution and risk management with cross-functional teams * Oversee change management, requirements, and enhancement delivery to align with clinical needs * Collaborate with clinical, administrative, and IT stakeholders to set priorities and ensure transparent communication * Provide team leadership, mentoring, and governance across analytics, technology, and service personnel * Support strategic planning, budgeting, and resource coordination for digital initiatives * Ensure information security compliance and partner with enterprise security teams Tasks * Bachelor’s degree in a related field * Minimum of 6 years of progressively responsible experience in digital operations, IT service delivery, analytics, or program management * Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple initiatives * Experience in health systems, research environments, or regulated industries * Ability to partner across complex organizational structures and communicate effectively Key requirements * Medical: Multiple plan options * Dental: Delta Dental or reimbursement account * Vision: National network plan * Pre-Tax Savings: HSA and FSAs * Retirement: Competitive retirement package
