UX Designer

Experteer Overview In this role, you will design intuitive experiences across native mobile and desktop platforms, focusing on solving complex problems with emerging technologies. You will partner with product management and development to translate challenges into scalable design solutions while leveraging our design system. You’ll work within a high-performing design team to deliver accessible, user-centered experiences and contribute to advancing communication channels like rich push notifications. Compensation / Benefits * Conduct UX research and competitive analysis for iOS and Android native technologies * Translate research into actionable design recommendations for stakeholders * Design and iterate interfaces for native mobile and desktop with accessible UX * Create high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes in Figma, with accessibility annotations * Contribute to and maintain design system for consistency and scalability * Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and cross-functional partners to frame problems and scope solutions * Support R&D of new communication channels like rich push notifications * Articulate design rationale and apply human-centered and service design principles Tasks * 4+ years of UX/UI design experience across web and native platforms * Strong proficiency in Figma with end-to-end design portfolio for mobile and desktop * Experience with design systems * Working understanding of Agile environments * Knowledge of accessibility standards and applying them in design * Excellent communication and collaboration skills * Experience framing problems and proposing data-driven design solutions with rationale * Experience using usability testing tools such as Maze or User Testing Key requirements *
