Job description

Experteer Overview In this role you drive digital technology adoption within Collins Aerospace by leading deployment, training, and automation efforts. You will shape solutions and enable rapid onboarding across teams, contributing to the company’s digital engineering transformation. You’ll bridge engineering and operations, using AI to enhance deployment activities and create clear guidance for adopters. This onsite role in Cedar Rapids offers the chance to mentor peers and impact mission-critical systems. Compensation / Benefits * Design and implement deployment training documentation * Lead the facilitation of deployment training events for adoption participants * Set up and manage sandbox environments for technology incubation * Leverage AI to improve deployment activities (guides, training, metrics, feedback, triage) * Collaborate across teams to accelerate onboarding of Cert DevOps technology * Mentor, train, and onboard teammates * Act as a self-starter able to multitask and manage unplanned events * Maintain organization and clear communication with engineers, leadership, and customers * Apply problem solving and teamwork to support team goals Tasks * Degree in STEM with minimum 8 years of relevant experience or Advanced Degree with minimum 5 years of experience * Experience with DevSecOps * Experience with: GitLab, Git, CMake, MinGW, LynxOS, Coverity, Artifactory, Docker, Vista Key requirements * Medical, dental, and vision insurance * Three weeks of vacation * 401(k) plan with employer matching * Tuition reimbursement * Student Loan Repayment Program * Parental leave benefits
