Requirements

Bachelor’’’’’’’’’’’’’’'’s degree with 8+ years of experience in Business Assurance
Certification in one of the following Analyst, Computer Systems (Junior), Quality Assurance, Quality Analyst, Project Management, Information Technology

Required Experience.

At least (3) years BA IT experience in working with Maryland State (i.e., designing, developing, testing, implementing and maintaining)
Total 8+ years of experience in Business system Analyst
Exposure to tools like JIRA, TFS, Confluence, or Trello for managing requirements and tasks.
Technical business analyst experiences managing several projects simultaneously. Understanding of how databases work and basic querying skills, Webservices or API works and
Familiar with data analysis tools like SQL, Excel (advanced functions), or basic visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proficiency in using Excel for data analysis, Word for documentation, and PowerPoint for presentations.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies through training or certification, such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
Experience in managing and execution of multiple related operational requests / projects simultaneously.
