Software Development Manager, Managed Operations (MO)

Experteer Overview As Software Development Manager, you will lead and coach a software engineering team to deliver operations-focused services that reduce toil and improve AWS regional reliability. You’ll partner with customers and cross-functional teams to scope initiatives, guide technical solutions, and mitigate long-term risks. This highly visible role blends people leadership with deep software engineering discipline to enable a scalable, secure, and efficient AWS operation center experience. You’ll influence senior stakeholders and contribute to AWS’s mission of reliable global infrastructure at scale.
