Software Development Manager, MOD Technologies

Experteer Overview You will lead the Make-on-Demand Technology organization to evolve on-demand into a first-class supply type at Amazon. You’ll drive a multi-stakeholder roadmap, oversee development and operations, and grow engineers while partnering with product, operations, and business teams. You will shape inventory, capacity, and fulfillment interfaces for MOD manufacturing, balancing technology with business goals. This role combines engineering leadership with strategic product vision in a fast-changing supply chain domain.
