Mgr, Epic Beaker Application

Experteer Overview In this role you guide a high-performing Epic Beaker analytics team to operationalize the Beaker LIS across multiple sites. You translate strategic business needs into technical delivery, ensuring quality builds, compliance, and a seamless patient and provider experience within Clinical Pathology workflows. You will lead cross-functional collaboration with enterprise IT, lab operations, and revenue-cycle leadership to drive continuous improvement and value in the order-to-cash ecosystem. This is a mission-driven leadership position at Quest Diagnostics focused on scalable, secure Beaker implementations and ongoing optimization. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and coach a Beaker analytics team (Levels 1-4) and set goals, accountability, and development plans * Oversee backlog, project portfolio, configuration, optimization, and integration work with timely delivery * Ensure Beaker configurations deliver streamlined workflows and optimal patient/provider/employee experience * Partner with stakeholders to ensure Beaker scalability, security, and alignment with enterprise goals * Establish governance, change-management standards, and documentation policies for Beaker programs * Coordinate with Epic, vendors, and internal teams to prioritize enhancements and manage issue resolution * Ensure regulatory compliance (CAP, CLIA, HIPAA, SOX) and data integrity across Beaker builds * Develop and manage the Beaker program budget and drive cost optimization via automation and efficient use of Epic features * Lead new implementations, upgrades, optimization initiatives, and integration projects within the Beaker program * Communicate system performance and risks to stakeholders with clear, actionable insights Tasks * 10+ years of progressive Epic Beaker or LIS leadership * 5+ years managing teams or large initiatives * Proven success with multi-site or enterprise Beaker implementations or optimizations * Experience with healthcare mergers and acquisitions * Deep understanding of laboratory operations and order-to-cash workflows incl. billing integration and instrument connectivity * Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders * Strong program-management skills with governance, risk management, and change control * Excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills Key requirements *
