Experteer Overview In this role you will design and develop Workday HCM integrations that enable seamless data exchange across systems. You will lead integration workstreams, collaborate with clients to capture requirements, and drive the build and testing of integration code. Expect to engage with third-party vendors and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. This role offers hands-on work with Workday integrations in a federal security-focused environment and opportunities to contribute to continuous process improvement. Compensation / Benefits * Lead and mentor other integration consultants during Workday deployments * Design, build, and support testing of Workday integration code (Studio, EIB, core connectors) * Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and produce design documents * Develop and lead quality Workday integrations * Coordinate with 3rd party vendors as needed for integration work * Communicate progress and technical considerations to team and clients * Foster an innovative culture to improve processes and assets * Demonstrate consultative skills and focus on high customer satisfaction Tasks * Active and maintained TS/SCI security clearance with CI polygraph (upon onboarding) * Bachelor’s degree * 5+ years’ experience implementing Workday * 1+ years’ experience with integration development (EDI, Web Services, XML, XSLT, Java, .Net, middleware) * Strong client-facing and collaboration skills Key requirements * Medical, Rx, Dental & Vision Insurance * 401(k) Retirement Plan * Paid Holidays and Sick Time * Tuition Reimbursement and Personal Development * Parental Leave and Adoption Assistance * Student Loan PayDown
