Experteer Overview As Software Engineering Manager, you lead Growth and Mobile teams to shape innovative features for small businesses. You’ll partner with product, UX, and cross-functional teams to determine new use cases and leverage mobile devices and sensors in conference rooms. You drive roadmap alignment with peers and technical leads, while nurturing team growth and adopting new DevAI practices. Your role blends technical leadership with people management, communicating complex ideas to engineers and non-engineers alike. You will help steer large-scale, AI-enabled productivity tools used by billions of users. Compensation / Benefits * Collaborate with product and UX to identify new use cases and shape requirements * Design features leveraging mobile devices and sensors for conference-room contexts * Align team roadmaps with broader Meet and Workspace strategy across multiple sites * Invest in team development and adoption of DevAI practices * Communicate technical details effectively to engineering and non-engineering audiences * Oversee delivery of large-scale projects and manage cross-team dependencies * Contribute to product strategy and help develop engineers and leaders Tasks * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience * 8 years of software development experience * 3 years of full stack experience (Java, Python, Golang, or C++; frontend JS/TypeScript/HTML/CSS) * 3 years in a technical leadership role * 2 years in a people management or team leadership role * Experience with client development on web, iOS, or Android platforms * Experience in the Enterprise space, especially real-time communications * Experience with hardware platforms, particularly kiosk or appliance deployments at scale Key requirements * bonus target * equity * benefits
