IT Project Manager

Experteer Overview In this role you will lead end-to-end delivery of complex Commercial IT initiatives across CRM, web, eCommerce, and related platforms. You translate strategy into actionable plans, align cross-functional teams, and drive on-time, within-scope outcomes that enable revenue growth and digital transformation. You will partner with business and technical stakeholders to move initiatives from concept to deployment, delivering measurable business value. This is a delivery-focused leadership position with visibility across IT and business leadership. Compensation / Benefits * Own end-to-end project delivery from intake through deployment and closeout * Lead multiple concurrent Commercial IT initiatives across CRM, web, eCommerce, portals, DAM, PIM, and channel enablement * Manage cross-functional teams including stakeholders, product owners, developers, architects, QA resources, vendors, and partners * Develop and manage project plans, milestones, budgets, resources, dependencies, and risk plans * Drive execution, remove blockers, and ensure on-time, in-scope delivery aligned to business objectives * Establish ownership, accountability, and decision-making frameworks * Translate strategic objectives into actionable delivery plans with stakeholders * Facilitate prioritization and scoping with Product Owners and business stakeholders * Deliver executive-level project status, risks, decisions, and next steps * Monitor financials, timelines, resource utilization, and delivery commitments * Support adoption, change management, and transition to operations * Manage external vendors and delivery partners to ensure alignment with standards and objectives * Support portfolio planning, intake governance, and resource management across Commercial IT * Promote accountability, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence * Coordinate risk management, dependencies, and alignment across multiple initiatives * Ensure measurable business outcomes such as revenue growth and improved customer experience Tasks * 5+ years of experience leading complex IT projects and business technology initiatives * Experience with enterprise projects involving custom development, SaaS, packaged software, integrations, and vendors * Experience leading globally distributed teams * Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, negotiation, and executive communication skills * Executive-level communication of project health, risks, tradeoffs, and recommendations * Ability to manage scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, vendors, and escalations * Influence without direct authority and drive accountability across cross-functional teams * Strong organizational skills and ability to lead multiple concurrent projects * Practical understanding of PMI, Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models * Experience using Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Jira, Azure DevOps or similar tools * Bachelor in Information Technology (or related) or equivalent experience Key requirements * bonus or equity
