Senior Software Engineer - Agentic AI Platform

Experteer Overview As a Sr. Engineer at PTR Global, you will build and sustain core platform components powering agentic AI systems. You’ll develop APIs, microservices, and orchestration services, integrating AI/ML models into production. You’ll work closely with architects, ML engineers, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, observable platform solutions. This role blends cloud-native development with AI/ML application delivery in a dynamic production environment. You’ll contribute to scalable, testable services and on-call production support. Compensation / Benefits * Develop and maintain agent orchestration services, tool registries, and execution runtimes * Build APIs and microservices for LLM integration, prompt management, and agent lifecycle management * Implement observability, logging, and monitoring for agentic workflows * Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests to ensure platform reliability * Collaborate with architects on design decisions and with ML engineers on model integration * Participate in on-call rotations for production support of the AI platform * Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, and deployment automation Tasks * 5+ years of software engineering experience * Strong Python proficiency * Working knowledge of Java, Go, or TypeScript * Experience building production REST/gRPC APIs and microservices * Cloud platforms experience (AWS or Azure preferred) * Containerization with Docker/Kubernetes * CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi) * Experience with LLM integration patterns, prompt engineering, or AI/ML app development * Familiarity with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration tools Key requirements * medical * dental * vision * 401K contributions * PTO * sick leave
