What You’ll Do:

  • Lead the Charge: Drive the development and refinement of full stack engineering best practices
  • Architect Solutions: Design and implement software solutions for complex challenges
  • Collaborate & Innovate: Work closely with UX/UI Designers and Engineers to bring new features to life and enhance existing ones
  • Modernize: Rebuild existing functionality using cutting-edge SDLC practices
  • Standardize & Optimize: Ensure a consistent and optimized UI across all projects
  • Mentor & Grow: Guide and mentor less experienced developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning

Requirements

Do you have experience in Version control?, * Full Stack Expert: 4+ years of experience with React.js and PHP

  • Database Pro: Strong experience with MySQL and database design
  • SaaS Savvy: 4+ years of experience on a SaaS development team
  • Optimization Guru: Expertise in frontend and backend optimization and best practices
  • Web Services Whiz: Understanding of web service concepts like oAuth2 and RESTful APIs
  • Tech Stack Pro: Proficiency in HTML, CSS3, JavaScript (NodeJS, NPM), and unit testing frameworks (Jest, Enzyme, etc.)
  • Version Control Virtuoso: Experience with Git and other VCS
  • Communication Champ: Excellent communication skills, comfortable working with stakeholders and the development team
  • Multitasking Master: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
  • Laravel Experience: Experience with the Laravel framework is preferred but not required
  • Agile Enthusiast: Experience with agile methodologies
  • Process Innovator: Ability to create and implement new processes.
  • AI: Experience integrating or experimenting with LLMs, AI APIs, or AI-assisted engineering tools, Candidates must be at least 18 years old to apply.

Salary Range - $99,000 - $110,000

The salary range is an estimate of pay for this position. Actual pay may vary depending on job-related factors that can include location, education, skill, and experience. The salary range does not include any benefits or other forms of possible compensation that may be available to employees.
