Job description

  • Instandhaltung und Pflege der IT - Struktur (Hardware, Betriebssystem und Anwendungen)
  • Durchführung von Diagnosen zur Identifizierung, Aufzeichnung und Fehlerbehebung von Hardware- und Software-Fehlern
  • Support, Troubleshooting und Störungsbeseitigung im Rahmen des 2nd Level Support
  • Verantwortlich für den Betrieb von Anwendungen aus Serversystemen und Security sowie die Systemadministration
  • Verwaltung von Servern und Anwendungen sowie bestimmen Nutzerkonten, Zugriffsrechte und Verzeichnisdienste

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker oder abgeschlossenes Studium der Informatik bzw. eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Systemadministration von Vorteil
  • Kenntnisse in den Bereichen TCP/IP, VPN, Layer-2 & Layer-3 Handling und Routing Protokollen wünschenswert
  • Eine strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
