Job description

  • Erhaltung des effizenten Prozesses in Bezug auf die IT-Infrastruktur im Unternehmen
  • Fehleranalyse und Konzeption von Verbesserungsstrategien
  • UnterstĂźtzung des Second und Third-Level Support in Form von Hotline System Management und Monitoring mit gängigen Tools
  • Erstellung von Sicherungskonzepten fĂźr hausinterne und kundenbezogene IT-Zwecke
  • Verwaltung der Zugriffsrechte

Requirements

  • Abgeschlossenes technisches Studium oder vergleichbare Ausbildung (z.B. Fachinformatiker (m/w/d) Systemintegration)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Systemadministration von Vorteil
  • Umfangreiche Kenntnisse rund um den Betrieb von WAN-, LAN- und WLAN-Infrastrukturen sowie Routing und Firewall Management
  • Systematische, strukturierte und lĂśsungsorientierte Denk- und Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift
