SAP QM Manager

• Lead SAP QM projects and programs end-to-end, taking responsibility for delivery, quality, budget, and client satisfaction across the life sciences and chemical industries.
• Advise senior stakeholders on quality management, SAP QM, and process transformation, translating business and regulatory requirements into scalable solutions.
• Lead, coach, and develop project teams, providing direction and ensuring high-quality delivery across international engagements.
• Shape and optimize SAP QM solutions across the full project lifecycle, from strategy and requirements through implementation, testing, and rollout, with a strong focus on SAP S/4HANA.
• Embed regulatory requirements such as GMP and GxP into robust, practical, and audit-ready quality processes.
• Drive business development by strengthening client relationships, identifying opportunities, leading proposals, and supporting sales activities.
• Grow our SAP QM offering through thought leadership, market expertise, innovative solutions, and the development of our team and capabilities.

• Degree in business informatics, computer science, engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of SAP QM consulting experience, ideally in life sciences or the chemical industry, with proven leadership of projects, teams, and client engagements.
• Deep expertise in SAP QM, complemented by a strong understanding of related modules such as SD, PP, WM, and MM.
• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations.
• Strong understanding of quality management and regulated processes, combined with strategic, analytical, and conceptual thinking.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with confidence at senior client level.
• Fluent in German and English and willing to travel.

We work hybrid: depending on project requirements, you’ll work remotely, from one of our offices, or at the customer’s premises.
