Requirements

  • 14+ years of CRM experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Public Sector or Energy & Utilities.
  • Extensive Salesforce experience as an Enterprise Architect.
  • Salesforce Public Sector Cloud (PSS) implementation experience is mandatory. 1-2 years of PSS experience is acceptable.
  • Good to have GDS understanding.
  • Proven experience designing and optimizing business processes and integrating processes across disparate systems.
  • Experience with CRM/Salesforce solutions.
  • Strong experience in business process redesign, roadmap planning, multi-cloud implementations, target architecture, and transition architecture.
  • Ability to assess business requirements and map them to Salesforce solutions.
  • Experience with Salesforce 360 and CRM strategy/roadmap development.
  • Ability to work with complex business requirements, design and configuration.
  • Strong collaboration with Technical Architects, project teams, and implementation partners.
  • Experience reviewing design/infrastructure blueprints and identifying potential issues and risks.
  • Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to provide thought leadership and support business process innovation workshops within the Public Sector/Energy & Utilities domain.
