Requirements

  • 15+ years of IT/ERP Project Management experience
  • 10+ years of PeopleSoft project delivery experience
  • Multiple PeopleSoft PUM / PeopleTools upgrade projects
  • Hands-on project leadership for PeopleSoft OCI migrations
  • Strong knowledge of PeopleSoft Architecture, PeopleTools, PUM, Lifecycle Management & Change Assistant
  • Experience with PeopleSoft HCM, FSCM, ELM, Pensions, or similar modules
  • Knowledge of Oracle Database, WebLogic & Integration Broker
  • Experience managing $5M+ enterprise projects
  • Strong executive stakeholder & steering committee experience
  • Strong vendor management experience, preferably with Oracle Consulting / major system integrators
  • Experience with risk, budget, resource, governance & change management
  • Agile/Hybrid delivery experience

Preferred

  • PMP Certification
  • OCI Certification
  • Agile/Scrum Certification
  • Public-sector, higher education, healthcare, or large enterprise experience
  • Cloud security, Disaster Recovery & High Availability experience
  • Procurement, contract & vendor governance experience
