Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess excellent technical leadership skills, hands-on development experience, and the ability to guide cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality solutions., * Participate in estimation, release planning, and project governance activities. Ensure application security, performance optimization, and reliability. Required Skills 10+ years of experience in software development. Strong hands-on experience in Java, J2EE, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Hibernate, and Microservices Architecture.
Extensive experience with Node.js, Express.js, REST APIs, and asynchronous programming.
Expertise in API design, development, and integration.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
Knowledge of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. Familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or GitLab CI/CD.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies., * Experience in Healthcare domain is highly preferred. Exposure to event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka or RabbitMQ.
Relevant cloud or Java certifications are a plus.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.
