IT Technician

· Serve as the first point of contact for Help Desk requests · Troubleshoot, diagnose, and document hardware, software, and connectivity issues; resolve incidents in a timely manner and escalate when needed · Provide end-user training and day-to-day assistance while adhering to company policies, IT standards, and security requirements · Configure and deploy computers and peripherals; install, update, and maintain approved software applications · Maintain accurate IT equipment inventory · Pursue ongoing training and professional development to improve technical skills and service delivery · Represent the company professionally with a consistent commitment to quality and customer service · Perform other duties and special projects as assigned
