Full Remote Junior Salesforce Administrator

Our client is a growing international organization that leverages Salesforce as a core business platform. To strengthen its CRM team, the company is looking for a motivated Junior Salesforce Administrator eager to develop technical expertise while supporting users and contributing to platform optimization., * Monitor and maintain daily Salesforce operations - scheduled jobs, flows, assignment rules, and integrations (Zuora billing sync, Okta SSO).

• Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, and permission sets; handle onboarding, offboarding, and access requests.
• Build, maintain, and optimise reports and dashboards for business stakeholders.
• Provide first-level support - troubleshoot user issues, resolve data problems, and unblock frozen accounts.
• Support data import/export tasks using Data Loader or Data Import Wizard.
• Assist with testing and deploying new features, enhancements, and third-party integrations in sandbox and production environments.
• Create and maintain validation rules, and automation (flows) under senior guidance.
• Document system configurations, processes, and user guides; keep internal knowledge base current.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into Salesforce solutions.

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a comparable qualification.
• 3-5 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience within a complex, business-critical Salesforce environment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture, security models, data structures, user management, profiles, roles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Proven experience administering Salesforce environments with multiple user groups and cross-functional business stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flows, validation rules, reports, dashboards, and process automation.
• Solid knowledge of Salesforce data management, including data imports, exports, cleansing, and governance best practices.
• Experience supporting Salesforce integrations with third-party applications and identity management solutions is highly desirable.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex user, data, and system-related issues independently and efficiently.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce release management, sandbox environments, testing methodologies, and deployment processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented and process-driven mindset.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken) are essential.
• Salesforce Administrator Certification (ADM-201) is highly desirable; additional Salesforce certifications are considered a strong advantage.
