• Oracle, We are hiring a Lead Consultant for an onsite contract role inside IR35 based in Staffordshire, UK. The position focuses on Oracle Fusion Talent, Learn, and HR Help Desk within a large-scale Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. We are looking for an experienced consultant who can lead the functional delivery, work closely with clients and stakeholders, and mentor the wider team throughout the project lifecycle.

• We require strong expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM Talent, Learn, and HR Help Desk, and all of these skills are mandatory.
• We require extensive experience in Oracle Fusion HCM implementations.
• We require strong stakeholder management skills.
• We can only consider candidates with NPPV3 or Active SC clearance.
• This is an onsite contract role inside IR35 in Staffordshire, UK.
