Job Description: Oracle Fusion Developer (Payroll and HCM) Location: Bristol (Hybrid - 3 days per week onsite) Contract Length: Until 31st March 2027 IR35 Status: Out of Scope (Outside IR35) The Opportunity: We are looking for two experienced Oracle Technical Specialists to join a major central government organization on a critical, long-term contract. Working within a modern DevOps environment, you will play a key role in supporting and developing high-priority changes within the core Payroll spacespecifically driving forward major pay award implementations and system integrations. Key Responsibilities: Develop, configure, and maintain Oracle Cloud/Fusion Payroll applications. Write and optimize complex Fast Formulas and manage system elements. Utilize HCM Data Loader (HDL), Spreadsheet Loader (HSDL), and OIC for seamless system integrations. Build data models and extract insights using OTBI/BI reporting and SQL/PLSQL. Investigate, problem-solve, and resolve complex payroll system

issues in a fast-paced shared services environment. What You Need to Succeed: Security Clearance: Active SC Clearance is mandatory for this role. Oracle Expertise: Proven technical experience with Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications, specifically focusing on Payroll and Fast Formula. Technical Toolkit: Strong proficiency in HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, SQL/PLSQL, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC). Reporting: Hands-on experience with OTBI/BI reporting tools.
