IT Administrator

We are currently recruiting for an IT Administrator to provide administrative support to our IT Team. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented individual to join our team and gain valuable specialist experience. The right candidate will have the chance to develop their career., * Creating / modifying / removing users on our internal IT systems.

• Maintaining external portal accounts with policy enforcement.
• Coordinating licence procurement and assignment.
• Maintaining the IT Asset Database and assigning equipment to staff via a dedicated system.
• Assisting the Technician team, as and when required
• Other ad hoc duties as required.

Required Attributes:

• GCSE Maths, IT and English at Grade C or above (or international equivalent)
• Significant previous exposure to Microsoft Office suite - particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Strong numerical and Administration skills
• Attention to detail, and ability to work accurately.
• Able to demonstrate ability to coordinate information.
• Flexible attitude - ability to prioritise and adapt to constantly shifting priorities.
• Resilient nature and able to work under pressure.
• Willingness to learn.
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• Confident on the telephone
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment., Candidates with the relevant experience or job titles of; IT Administrator, IT Support Administrator, Software Administrator, Systems Developer, Systems Support, Software Support, 3rd Line Support, Systems Administrator, Systems Lead, Lead Systems Administrator, Lead Systems Support, Systems Architect will also be considered for this role.

• Salary of £26,500
• Our standard working hours are 8:30am to 5:30pm Monday-Thursday and 8:30am to 5pm Friday.
