Network Engineer (Cisco)

(FortiGate).* Produce high quality documentation, designs and diagrams (Visio).* Manage data connectivity (MPLS, broadband, LTE) and WAN optimisation.* Support Wi Fi environments (Aruba & Cisco).* Perform advanced packet and traffic analysis (NetScout, Wireshark).* Automate and manage configurations using scripts, HP Network Automation, SolarWinds NCM.* Provide excellent customer service and technical leadership across all levels of the business.* Participate in an on call Rota (24x7, approx. 3 weeks per year).Requirements* Extensive experience in enterprise network and communications engineering.* Strong expertise across routing, switching, voice, security and wireless.* Proven experience working on highly complex, business critical systems.* Excellent problem solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills. * BSc/BA in Information Technology, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).Additional requirements* Willingness to travel occasionally within the UK and Ireland.* Valid passport and full UK driving licence - required * Flexibility to work off hours/weekends for projects or incidents.* Ability to meet site safety requirements
