Job description
- We manage the implementation of our platform for new customers, including design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live support.
- We lead finance and business process workshops with customers, including senior stakeholders.
- We translate client needs into practical system solutions and advise customers through process change.
- We collaborate with the project management team and resource manager to deliver projects on time and on budget.
- We support live customers with ad-hoc consultancy throughout their customer journey.
- We troubleshoot system, configuration, process, and data issues in a structured, clearly communicated way.
- We lead data migration, reconciliation, UAT, and go-live readiness activity.
- We manage third-party and customer-side relationships across all levels of seniority.
- We support pre-sales efforts through solution scoping, demonstrations, and proposal input where our finance or sector expertise adds value.
- We are willing to travel occasionally for client site visits.

Requirements
- We require at least part-qualified accountant status such as AAT, ACCA, or CIMA.
- We require practical experience in a finance, accounting, finance systems, or ERP implementation role.
- We require a strong understanding of core finance and business processes.
- We require evidence of improving finance processes, implementing systems, acting as a system super-user, or contributing to finance transformation.
- We require the ability to learn unfamiliar systems independently and form practical recommendations.
- We require strong stakeholder communication skills, including the ability to explain finance and system topics to non-specialists.
- We require a full UK driving licence and willingness to travel.
- ERP implementation experience with systems such as Unit4/Agresso, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or similar is desirable.
- Experience as an internal ERP super-user, process owner, UAT lead, or implementation partner point of contact is desirable.
- Experience in property, financial services, or adjacent sectors is desirable.
- Practical experience across management or financial accounting, project accounting or billing, multi-currency reporting, multi-company consolidation, or purchasing or stock accounting is desirable.
- Pre-sales, solution scoping, demonstration, or proposal experience is desirable.
