ERP / Accounting Software Consultant

You’ll work closely with clients to help them improve processes, implement software solutions, and get the most value from their systems. No two days are the same - one day you might be helping a client streamline workflows, and the next you could be learning and rolling out new technology solutions.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Supporting the implementation and rollout of ERP and accounting software solutions
• Working directly with clients to understand business processes and system requirements
• Assisting with system configuration, testing, training, and user support
• Helping customers improve efficiency through better use of technology and automation
• Learning new software platforms and staying up to date with emerging technologies
• Using Microsoft Excel and AI tools to support analysis, reporting, and day-to-day problem solving
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality client outcomes
• Building strong relationships with customers through clear communication and a consultative approach

Do you have a valid Driving License license?, Do you have experience in Microsoft Excel?, * 2-5 years of experience in one of the following:

• Accounting or finance
• ERP implementation or support
• Accounting software support or consultancy
• Experience using accounting software, ERP systems, or finance platforms
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a hybrid environment
• Strong willingness and ability to learn new software quickly
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• An AI-focused mindset and openness to using AI tools to improve productivity and efficiency
• A proactive, adaptable, and client-focused attitude
• Valid work permit/right to work in the UK or Ireland

Driving Requirements

A full driving licence is preferred for this role due to client interaction and travel requirements. However, candidates with a learner permit may also be considered if they are able to obtain a full licence within 6 months., * Are you familiar with ERP modules like Sales, Inventory, Accounting?

• ERP Implementation : 1 year (preferred)
