Job description

Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using Java to support business and mission applications.
Leverage knowledge of computer hardware, software, and information processing techniques to implement effective system solutions.
Work closely with system users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate operational needs into technical implementations.
Analyze system capabilities and limitations to resolve questions related to program intent, output requirements, input data acquisition, programming techniques, and system controls.
Identify, troubleshoot, and correct program errors; document software development activities and changes.
Ensure established software development standards are defined, implemented, and consistently met.
Support integration and sustainment of Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) and Free/Open Source Software (FOSS) solutions.
Operate across multiple operating system environments, including Linux and Windows.
Adapt to evolving user requirements and support dynamic mission needs.

Requirements

Active Top Secret (TS) or TS/SCI clearance
3 - 10 years of experience with Java application development
Experience working with XML
Proven experience integrating and supporting COTS/FOSS solutions
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues across Linux and Windows environments
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Ability to adapt quickly and support changing operational requirements
