Requirements

Working closely with government stakeholders, you will manage SharePoint sites, organize enterprise content, recommend collaboration solutions, and support users across the organization. Experience with the Microsoft Power Platform is a plus, particularly Power Apps and Power Automate.\n, * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent experience).\n

  • Five (5) or more years of experience administering SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration environments.\n
  • Experience supporting SharePoint Online.\n
  • Understanding of knowledge management, document management, and collaboration best practices.\n
  • Experience gathering business requirements and working directly with end users.\n
  • Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.\n

  • Support migration of legacy content into SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365.\n
  • Create reports and dashboards using SharePoint or Power BI.\n
  • Develop user documentation and deliver end-user training.\n
  • Provide user support, troubleshoot issues, and promote adoption of collaboration tools.\n
  • Monitor site usage, content quality, and system performance, recommending improvements as needed.\n
  • Stay current on Microsoft 365 capabilities and recommend enhancements to improve collaboration.\n
