Oracle HCM Cloud / AI HR Consultant

We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant with strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management, along with experience in HR automation and AI-driven HR solutions. The role will focus on implementing and supporting Oracle HCM Cloud, developing integrations, automating HR processes, and delivering AI-powered HR solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Lead implementation and support of Oracle HCM Cloud modules.
• Design and deploy AI-powered HR solutions to enhance employee experiences.
• Analyze HR operations and identify automation opportunities.
• Configure workflows across HCM modules.
• Develop and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud and other technologies.
• Gather requirements and collaborate with HR stakeholders.
• Develop dashboards and analytics solutions for workforce planning.
• Ensure HR process compliance.
• Mentor junior consultants and support change management activities.

• Strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud - Core HR, Payroll, and Talent Management.
• Experience with Automation Anywhere and Power Automate.
• Strong experience with Oracle Integration Cloud.
• REST APIs and SOAP services.
• Knowledge of SQL and PL/SQL.
• Experience with Oracle AI Agents / Digital Assistant and conversational AI.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder-management skills.

Preferred / Additional Skills

• Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Cloud certification.
• Azure OpenAI and OCI AI Services.
• LLMs and enterprise GenAI architecture.
• HR analytics and predictive workforce planning.
• Integration of Oracle HCM with Workday and Salesforce.
• Healthcare or Financial Services industry experience.
