Job description

This position is responsible for supporting the Educational Media Team in execution of product development initiatives for the organization. Specifically, this role is responsible for supporting in the execution of media products, ensuring the products’ commercial and strategic success.

  • Support Educational Media Leadership in the execution of product segment roadmaps to ensure optimal positioning, delivery, and utilization of the assigned product group(s) across all market segments, and to enable achievement of revenue goals.
  • Support product activities for targeted markets and product lines to meet planned product objectives and goals, including media campaign support, scheduling, and managing administrative details. - Perform product performance and customer satisfaction analysis in order to maximize engagement opportunities while proactively resolving problems.
  • Support Educational Media Specialists in management of media operations, including research, data management, and supporting our content obligations.
  • Support product channel sales teams as needed, including but not limited to supporting strategy discussions, collaborating with diverse teams, and other ancillary functions.
  • Assist with media demos as required.
  • Support product team in the creation of media deliverables to engage and educate.
  • Provide thought leadership as it relates to team functionality, content, and methodology.
  • Acumen and aptitude for supporting media professionals, including support in communicating with vendors and contractors.
  • Completes other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent wprk experience.
  • Five (5) years relevant experience.
  • Proficient with various forms of technology and eager to learn.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and entrepreneurially to build, develop and promote the company’s products and services.
  • Excellent oral and written business communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office, and media, education, and project management tools a plus.

Benefits & conditions

In support of the pay transparency laws enacted across the country, the expected salary range for this position is between $49,199.33 and $86,253.75. Actual pay will be adjusted based on job-related factors permitted by law, such as experience and training; geographic location; licensure and certifications; market factors; departmental budgets; and responsibility.
