Job description
Senior Product Manager - Healthcare Technology Elevated Hires is recruiting a Senior Product Manager to lead the development of healthcare technology products that improve patient outcomes, care coordination, and cost management. This role is ideal for a decisive, action-oriented product leader who thrives in ambiguity and can transform competing stakeholder needs into a clear product direction. Key Responsibilities
- Own the full product lifecycle, from problem discovery and definition through requirements, prioritization, launch, and ongoing improvement.
- Drive products from initial concept to minimum viable product and market launch.
- Use customer feedback, product data, and real-world usage to guide continuous improvement.
- Make timely, well-reasoned decisions with incomplete information while recognizing when additional validation is necessary.
- Align engineering, clinical, operations, business, and executive stakeholders around a shared product vision.
- Partner with engineering teams to address interoperability challenges involving EHRs, payer systems, and third-party healthcare data.
- Translate technical constraints and integration requirements into clear product decisions and tradeoffs.
- Build and maintain a roadmap that balances customer needs, business impact, and technical feasibility.
- Clearly communicate the reasoning behind product decisions to technical and nontechnical audiences.
- Create product artifacts, including workflows, diagrams, prototypes, product requirements documents, and user stories.
- Use AI-powered productivity tools to support research, documentation, prototyping, and product development.
Requirements
- At least five years of product management experience, preferably in a startup, fast-paced organization, or clinical operations environment.
- Demonstrated success owning products from initial definition through launch and iteration.
- Experience defining, launching, and improving minimum viable products.
- Proven ability to align engineering, clinical, business, operations, and executive stakeholders.
- Confidence making high-impact decisions without exhaustive information.
- Experience with system interoperability or complex data integrations.
- Exposure to HL7, FHIR, EHR platforms, payer data, or healthcare interoperability is preferred but not required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to translate ambiguous business needs into clear requirements and priorities.
- Ability to work independently and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
- Healthcare, value-based care, clinical operations, or cardiology experience is helpful but not required.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
