Peoplesoft Developers- WFA, TAM and ePerformance

We are seeking a Senior PeopleSoft HCM Developer to support and enhance the UCPath PeopleSoft HCM ERP platform. This role is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting solutions across Workforce Administration, Talent Acquisition Management (TAM), and ePerformance modules. The ideal candidate will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to deliver high-quality system enhancements, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure compliance with development, security, and industry best practices.

The successful candidate will have strong expertise in PeopleSoft development technologies, including Application Engine, Integration Broker, PeopleCode, BI Publisher, SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle databases. Responsibilities include technical design, system integration, documentation, production support, issue resolution, and participation in on-call support rotations. Candidates should possess excellent communication skills, experience translating business requirements into technical solutions, and 7+ years of PeopleSoft HCM experience, including large-scale enterprise implementations supporting complex, multi-location organizations., Advanced experience designing, developing, and supporting PeopleSoft HCM solutions, specifically within:

• Workforce Administration
• Talent Acquisition Management (TAM)
• ePerformance

Deep understanding of the PeopleSoft HCM data model and related architecture.

Strong proficiency with PeopleTools technologies, including:

• Application Engine
• Component Interfaces
• Integration Broker
• Fluid Pages
• Custom Reporting

Advanced SQL development and optimization skills.

Experience developing and enhancing PeopleSoft Fluid UI components using:

• JavaScript
• HTML
• CSS
• Modern web development tools

Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Fluid technologies, including:

• Fluid Pages
• Tiles
• Related Content
• Event Mapping
• Page Field Configurator

Ability to gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.

Experience developing data conversion strategies, implementation plans, and system migration approaches.

Proven experience creating:

• Technical design specifications
• Test plans
• Technical documentation

Experience with environment management and migration tools such as:

• STAT
• PHIRE

Knowledge of configuration management practices, object migrations, deployment procedures, and automated vs. manual migration methodologies.

Strong project leadership and software development lifecycle (SDLC) experience.
