Job description

Design, develop, and enhance solutions in Dynamics 365 CE, including:

o Plugins (C#), custom workflow activities, actions o Business Process Flows o Ribbon Workbench/Web Resource configurations o Dataverse customizations and schema extensions o Build and maintain integrations with components like DocuSign/HubSpot o Build automation and integrations using: o Power Automate o Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Azure Functions o Extend functionality using Power Apps (Model Driven) and contribute to Power Pages solutions (bonus).

Collaborate with product owners and business analysts to translate requirements into scalable, user-friendly technical designs.
Support and troubleshoot API interactions, authentication, and identity integrations (Azure AD, external platforms).
Maintain high-quality documentation across system architecture, custom components, and integration patterns.
Assist with production support by diagnosing issues and implementing durable resolutions.
Work independently within Jira to manage development tasks, deliverables, and timelines.
Participate in technical discussions and solutioning sessions, providing reliable expertise.
