CRM Dynamics Tech Lead

• Provide technical leadership and act as the main technical authority for the CRM development team.
• Design scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure environments.
• Translate business requirements, epics, features, and user stories into robust technical designs and solution architectures.
• Coordinate technical delivery across Agile teams, ensuring alignment with development standards and enterprise architecture principles.
• Oversee code reviews, technical validations, troubleshooting activities, and adherence to DevOps best practices.
• Manage platform integrations, deployment activities, and the overall stability and maintainability of the CRM ecosystem.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, particularly within Sales and Marketing environments.
• Strong knowledge of Azure services, system integrations, APIs, and enterprise application architecture.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams, mentor developers, and drive technical decision-making.
• Experience working in Agile or Scaled Agile (SAFe) delivery environments.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle, DevOps practices, and application security principles.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge business and technical requirements.
