IT Technician

Discover the IT Technician position we are offering., * Provide Level IT support, resolving technical issues and handling service requests for local users.

• Administer Microsoft 365 technologies, including Intune, Entra ID, user management, device compliance, and application deployment.
• Manage and maintain IT equipment, including computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and IT asset inventory.
• Support local IT infrastructure and security initiatives, ensuring compliance with corporate policies and cybersecurity standards.
• Act as the local IT point of contact, coordinating with external vendors and collaborating with the EMEA IT team on regional and global projects.

• Higher education in Information Technology (e.g., Grado Superior ASIR or equivalent IT qualification).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Intune, Entra ID, Windows 11 administration, and endpoint management.
• Experience working independently in a multi-site environment and supporting both on-site and remote users.
• Professional working proficiency in English, with strong communication and customer service skills.
