Senior Full Stack Engineer

• Design and develop new features and enhancements as we scale from 250,000 users to millions
• Help us transition from a monolith to a microservices architecture
• Work across the full software development lifecycle
• Take ownership of Greenfield projects
• Build across our backend using Python and Go
• Develop our frontend using Django and Flutter

We are a tech scale-up building AI workforce optimisation software that connects flexible temporary workers, such as students, with clients in the hospitality industry, helping clients maximise staff during busy periods through AI scheduling. • Full stack development experience

• Experience with databases, particularly PostgreSQL

• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architectures
• Experience working on Greenfield projects in fast-paced environments
• Start-up or scale-up experience is ideal
• Collaborative, curious, and keen to learn new technologies
• Comfortable working with AI tools such as Claude
• Degree educated in Computer Science or a similar technical discipline
