PC Technician

We are looking for a skilled PC Technician to join our team on a contract basis in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. In this role, you will handle hardware installations, repairs, and maintenance while ensuring optimal performance of computing systems. This position requires hands-on expertise with various devices, including Dell and Apple technologies, as well as proficiency in cable management and associated hardware.

Responsibilities:

• Install, configure, and repair computer hardware to ensure seamless functionality.

• Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve technical issues with PCs and associated hardware.

• Manage the installation and organization of cables to maintain system efficiency and safety.

• Work with Dell and Apple devices to provide maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.

• Collaborate with team members to support hardware integration and system improvements.

• Maintain accurate records of repairs, installations, and technical updates.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards during hardware and cable installations.

• Provide technical support and guidance to users experiencing hardware-related issues.

• Test and verify the functionality of all installed systems and equipment.

Requirements * Proven experience working with computer hardware and associated devices.

• Strong knowledge of cable installation techniques and best practices.

• Familiarity with Dell and Apple technologies, including maintenance and troubleshooting.

• Ability to perform diagnostics and resolve technical issues effectively.

• Excellent organizational skills to manage installations and maintain accurate records.

• Strong communication skills for collaboration and user support.
