PC Technician

We are looking for a PC Technician to support desktop hardware, peripheral devices, and end-user equipment. This contract position is ideal for someone with hands-on experience troubleshooting computer systems, setting up workstations, and delivering dependable technical support in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on maintaining device performance, resolving hardware issues, and ensuring users have properly configured equipment to support daily operations., * Install, configure, and maintain desktop computers, laptops, monitors, and related hardware for end users.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware and device issues involving workstations, peripherals, and connected equipment.
• Set up and organize cabling for computer equipment and workstation deployments while maintaining clean and functional installations.
• Provide technical support for Dell and Apple devices, including device imaging, replacement, and general troubleshooting.
• Use Intune to assist with device configuration, management, and deployment activities.
• Track service requests, document resolutions, and update ticket status accurately in Atlassian Jira.
• Support hardware refreshes, workstation moves, and equipment replacements as needed across the site.

Requirements - At least 1 year of experience providing hands-on PC technician or desktop support services.

• Practical knowledge of computer hardware, associated peripherals, and workstation components.
• Experience supporting Dell Technologies and Apple devices in a business environment.
• Familiarity with cable installation and physical workstation setup.
• Working knowledge of Intune for endpoint support or device administration tasks.
• Experience using Atlassian Jira or a similar ticketing platform to manage support requests.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues methodically and communicate clearly with end users.
