As a Lead Developer within Cegeka’s Applications division, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing innovative software solutions for our clients. You will lead a team of talented developers, guiding them from project initiation through to deployment and ongoing maintenance. Your responsibilities will include translating architectural overviews into detailed system, application, or process designs during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with the blueprint established by the Technical Architect. You will oversee the overall technical design of projects, collaborating closely with architects to meet project requirements related to cost, performance, and maintainability. Additionally, you will manage daily team operations, ensuring adherence to project timelines and quality standards. Your leadership will foster continuous improvement in development processes and tools, enhancing service quality. Supporting and mentoring functional analysts, technical designers, and application architects will be integral to your role, promoting a cohesive and efficient team environment. You will also focus on maintaining and expanding your technical expertise, ensuring the team stays at the forefront of technological advancements, particularly in Azure and AI domains., * Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment

• Translate architectural overviews into detailed system, application, or process designs during project implementation
• Ensure that technical designs align with the blueprint provided by the Technical Architect
• Take responsibility for the overall technical design of projects, ensuring compliance with cost, performance, and maintainability standards
• Manage daily team activities to ensure project timelines and quality benchmarks are met
• Promote continuous improvement of development processes, tools, and quality standards
• Support functional analysts, technical designers, and application architects to optimize team efficiency
• Maintain and enhance technical expertise, particularly in Azure and AI technologies, to maximize organizational knowledge
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective technical solutions

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in developing software solutions using C# and/or Azure
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership role, guiding and coaching developers
• Extensive knowledge of Azure cloud services, preferably with relevant certifications
• Experience with integration solutions, ideally Azure Integration Services
• Familiarity with AI technologies, such as GitHub Copilot and Azure AI Foundry
• Strong communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Strategic and conceptual thinking abilities
• Proven track record of managing technical projects from design to deployment

• Competitive salary range between €5,500 and €6,000 gross per month (indicative)
