In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to influence the user experience of our Mistral Cloud Control Panel, a core component of our product suite. Your work will span across front-end and back-end development, ensuring the platform is engaging, efficient, and intuitive for end-users. This position offers a chance to work on innovative AI solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to the evolution of our cloud management tools, directly impacting how clients interact with and harness our AI technologies., * Design, develop, and maintain scalable, robust features for the Mistral Cloud Control Panel, ensuring seamless integration between front-end and back-end systems

• Prioritize user experience by creating intuitive and user-centric interfaces that meet client needs and expectations
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code; participate actively in code reviews to uphold quality standards
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver high-quality software solutions
• Address complex technical challenges by developing innovative, efficient, and reliable solutions
• Stay current with the latest trends and advancements in AI and software development, applying relevant technologies to enhance product offerings
• Contribute to continuous improvement processes and technical documentation to support team knowledge sharing

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or an equivalent practical experience
• 5+ years of experience in high-standard UX/UI environments
• Proficiency in TypeScript and NodeJS
• Experience with front-end frameworks such as React, NextJS, Remix, or VueJS
• Knowledge of web libraries like Tanstack React Query, tRPC, Framer Motion, among others
• Strong problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to independently own and deliver complete end-to-end features
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
