The role focuses on designing, migrating, optimizing, and supporting enterprise collaboration and messaging platforms while acting as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud transformation and modernization initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, implement, and support SharePoint Server, SharePoint Online, Exchange Server, and Exchange Online environments.Lead SharePoint and Exchange migrations, hybrid deployments, upgrades, and modernization projects.Manage Exchange Hybrid, mail flow, DAGs, SMTP routing, Azure AD Connect, and Hybrid Identity.Administer SharePoint architecture, authentication, governance, security, and disaster recovery solutions.Implement and support Microsoft 365 security, compliance, retention, DLP, EOP, and
