A good command of English for internal communication and training purposes. Previous experience in customer support, customer service, or a related client-facing role is advantageous but not strictly required - we welcome motivated newcomers to the industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine desire to help and support customers effectively. Proficiency with computers, standard office software, and the ability to navigate CRM or support ticketing platforms confidently.
